Heads Up was established roughly thirty years ago by Rodger and Brenda Scruggs of Spring Hill Tennessee.

We are a local franchise with the four stores on this website being owned and operated by Greg and Judy Smith.

Rodger and Brenda still are the franchisers of fifteen Heads Up stores in Middle Tennessee and have done a great job of keeping Heads Up at the top the hair industry.
